Is My Ovilus 5 Eligible for This Service/Repair?
- Only the Ovilus 5 model is eligible we will not service the Ovilus 4 and the Ovilus 3.
- Unit must be out of warranty OR damaged as the standard 1 year parts and labor warranty does not cover damage.
- Ovilus 5 must be fully intact. For example we will not service items that have been crushed by a car.
- The unit cannot have had exposure to water.
- The unit must not have been tampered with.
- Your Ovilus 5 must require no more than 3 of the services below in the list of services included.
The Out Of Warranty Ovilus 5 Service Includes Up To 3 of the Following:
- Update of Ovilus and WiFi firmware to the latest versions
- Replacement/repair of the case, face plate, or trim if damaged
- Replacement/repair of the speaker if not functional
- Replacement/repair of the battery if not holding a nominal charge
- Replacement/repair/re-image of the SD card
- Replacement of screen only if the screen is no longer usable (not applicable if screen is simply scratched).
How does shipping work?
- We will send you a box for the unit to be returned in.
- The box sent to you will contain a return label which must be shipped within 3 days of receipt.
- Once we receive the unit we will repair the unit within 3 business days.
- After repairs are complete we will ship it back to you.

- Estimated shipping times based on shipping class at checkout are:
- First Class is 3-5 business days on each leg. Total time is between (12-18 business days)
- Priority Mail is 2-3 business days on each leg. Total time is between (9-12 business days)
- Express is overnight to most major metropolitan areas on each leg. (6-9 business days)
