Is My Xcam SLS Eligible for This Service/Repair?
- You must be the ORIGINAL purchaser of this device
- WE WILL NOT EXTEND SERVICE TO UNITS BOUGHT USED
- Unit must be out of warranty OR damaged as the standard 1 year parts and labor warranty does not cover damage.
- Xcam SLS must be fully intact Xcam head unit and the tablet. For example we will not service items that have been crushed by a car.
- The unit cannot have had exposure to water.
- The unit must not have been tampered with such as opening the head unit or tablet.
- Your Xcam must require no more than 3 of the items below in the list of repair services included.
The Out Of Warranty Xcam SLS Service Includes Up To 3 of the Following:
- Re-imaging of the tablet* and/or updating the Xcam SLS software to the latest version
- Replacement/repair of the case, face plate, or trim of the Xcam head unit if damaged
- Replacement/repair of the Xcam Sensor*
- Replacement/repair of the tablet battery if not holding a nominal charge *
- Replacement/repair of the distance, heat or light sensors *
- Replacement/repair of cracked tablet screen (not applicable if screen is simply scratched) *
- Replacement/repair of the USB port on the tablet *
* As some parts may have become scarce we reserve the right to replace items with manufacturer refurbished components. In most cases this will not be necessary. Any of our service replaced part carries the 90 day warranty against defects.

- Please ship the unit in the original carrying case.

Shipping and Estimated Repair Times:
- Once we receive the unit we typically repair within 30-60 business days.
- Return shipping is Priority mail USPS typically 3-5 business days (US only).

- 90 day warranty on parts and labor after receipt of the repaired device
